Critical infrastructure facilities damaged in Ukraine's Kharkov, blackouts reported

KIEV, February 10. /TASS/. Critical infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov, where around 10 blasts were reported earlier on Friday, the head of the Kharkov Region military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, said.

"Critical infrastructure was targeted by strikes, [with] around 10 explosions reported," the official wrote on his Telegram channel. "Some districts are experiencing power supply disruptions."

Emergency services are working on sites. The damage is currently being assessed.

Sounds of explosions were heard in the Ukrainian cities of Dnepr, Zaporozhye and Kharkov on Friday morning, Ukrainian media reported. At least ten blasts were heard in Kharkov.
