KIEV, October 17. /TASS/. Blasts were heard late on Sunday in the Ukrainian regions of Odessa and Kharkov, and in the city of Nikolayev, the Klimenko Time news portal reported.

Also, air raid alert was declared for the regions of Poltava, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Kirovograd.

Earlier on Sunday, the Ukrainian media reported that several blasts were heard in the Odessa Region. Two explosions rocked Nikolayev on the same day, and a fire broke out shortly after.
