ISLAMABAD, April 10. /TASS/. Pakistan has successfully tested the Shaheen-III surface-to-surface long-range ballistic missile, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Defense Ministry tweeted.

"Pakistan today conducted successful test flight of Shaheen-III surface-to-surface ballistic missile. The test flight was aimed at re-validating various design and technical parameters of the weapon system," ISPR said.

The Shaheen-III missile can carry nuclear and conventional warheads. Its flight range is 2,750 km.
