Reuters confirms two of its journalists were hurt in Ukrainian army’s shelling in Donbass

According to the source, they are in a hospital in Rubezhnoye

LONDON, June 3. /TASS/. Two Reuters journalists were injured as a result of a shelling by Ukraine’s army near Severdonetsk, a source in the agency confirmed to TASS.

The road was shelled by the Ukrainian military. Their car was hit [with a shell], the source said.

Since the beginning of March, the People's Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic has been advancing towards Severodonetsk and Lisichansk. Establishing control of these cities is one of the its priority goals. The Ukrainian army has created an in-depth defense there and uses civilians as a human shield. Several large chemical enterprises are located in the area.
