VIENNA, October 14. /TASS/. More than 95% of the civilians who suffered from Ukrainian attacks were victims of drone strikes, although characteristics of the drones in most cases allow for an accurate identification of the target, said Yulia Zhdanova, head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna on military security and arms control.
"Over 95% of civilians who suffered from attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces are victims of drones, the tactical and technical characteristics of which in the vast majority of cases allow for an accurate identification of the target," she told a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation. Her statement is available to TASS.
According to Zhdanova, the Ukrainian military deliberately attack the areas where civilians and civilian vehicles gather knowing that non-combatants, including children, will become victims. At the same time, the diplomat said, the Ukraine uses intelligence and modern weapons provided by NATO countries.
