Ukrainian attack damages polling station in Krasnodar Region

The attack did not damage election documents or voting equipment and caused no casualties

KRASNODAR, September 18. /TASS/. A school gymnasium housing a polling station in the Gulkevichsky District of the Krasnodar Region was damaged by a Ukrainian attack, the regional emergency response headquarters said on Telegram.

"A school gymnasium in the Gulkevichsky District that housed a polling station was damaged in a UAV attack overnight on Friday. The attack did not damage election documents or voting equipment and caused no casualties. The incident occurred before polling stations opened," the statement said.

The precinct election commission has since been relocated to a nearby social services facility. Voters can cast their ballots as normal.
