MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. Russian troops liberated seven communities in the Kharkov, Sumy and Zaporozhye Regions and the Donetsk People’s Republic over the week of January 24-30, including three settlements over the past 24 hours in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Friday.
"Over the week, Battlegroup North units liberated the settlements of Staritsa in the Kharkov Region and Belaya Beryoza in the Sumy Region through active offensive operations. <…> Over the past week, Battlegroup West units liberated the settlement of Kupyansk-Uzlovoi in the Kharkov Region through decisive operations. <…> During the past 24 hours, Battlegroup South units liberated the settlement of Berestok in the Donetsk People’s Republic through decisive operations," the ministry said in a statement.
"Battlegroup East units advanced deep into the enemy’s defenses and liberated the settlement of Ternovatoye in the Zaporozhye Region during the past 24 hours. <…> Over the past week, Battlegroup Dnepr units liberated the settlement of Novoyakovlevka in the Zaporozhye Region through well-coordinated operations. During the last 24-hour period, Battlegroup Dnepr units gained control of the settlement of Rechnoye in the Zaporozhye Region," the ministry reported.

Russian forces delivered one massive and six combined strikes on Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises, energy and transport infrastructure over the week, the ministry reported.
"On January 24-30, in response to Ukraine’s terrorist attacks on civilian facilities on Russian territory, the Russian Armed Forces delivered one massive and six combined strikes, hitting enterprises of Ukraine’s military-industrial sector, energy and transport infrastructure used to support the Ukrainian army’s operations, ammunition and fuel depots, workshops for the production and sites for the storage of attack unmanned aerial vehicles, and also temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries," the ministry said.

Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicted more than 950 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed five enemy armored combat vehicles in its areas of responsibility over the week, the ministry reported.
Over the week, Battlegroup North units inflicted losses on formations of four mechanized brigades, two assault regiments of the Ukrainian army, three territorial defense brigades, a National Guard brigade and two border guard detachments of Ukraine’s Border Guard Service, the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost more than 950 personnel, five armored combat vehicles, 74 motor vehicles and eight field artillery guns in those frontline areas over the week, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed three electronic warfare and counterbattery radar stations and 11 ammunition and materiel depots of the Ukrainian army, it said.

Russia’s Battlegroup West inflicted more than 1,300 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed 22 enemy armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week, the ministry reported.
Over the past week, Battlegroup West units "inflicted losses on manpower and equipment of five mechanized brigades, two airmobile brigades, an air assault brigade, three assault brigades of the Ukrainian army, two territorial defense brigades and three National Guard brigades," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost more than 1,300 personnel, 22 armored combat vehicles, 132 motor vehicles and 13 field artillery guns in that frontline area over the week, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed 29 ammunition depots of the Ukrainian army, it said.

Russia’s Battlegroup South inflicted more than 1,020 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed 18 enemy armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week, the ministry reported.
Over the week, Battlegroup South units "inflicted losses on formations of five mechanized brigades, a motorized infantry brigade, an airmobile brigade, an assault brigade, a mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian army, a marine infantry brigade and two territorial defense brigades," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost more than 1,020 personnel, 18 armored combat vehicles, including five foreign-made armored vehicles, 98 motor vehicles and 25 artillery guns in that frontline area over the week, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed seven electronic warfare and counterbattery radar stations and 22 ammunition, fuel and materiel depots of the Ukrainian army, it said.

"Battlegroup Center units continued active offensive operations and inflicted losses on manpower and equipment of four mechanized brigades, two jaeger brigades, an airmobile brigade, two air assault brigades, three assault regiments of the Ukrainian army, a marine infantry brigade, a territorial defense brigade and four National Guard brigades," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost more than 2,680 personnel, two tanks, 54 armored combat vehicles, 80 motor vehicles and 10 field artillery guns in that frontline area over the week, it specified.

Over the week, Battlegroup Dnepr units "inflicted losses on manpower and equipment of two mechanized brigades, a mountain assault brigade and a coastal defense brigade of the Ukrainian army," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 315 personnel, 54 motor vehicles, three artillery guns, 16 electronic warfare and counterbattery radar stations and four materiel depots in that frontline area over the week, it specified.

Russian troops destroyed three multiple rocket launchers of the Ukrainian army, including a US-made MLRS rocket system over the past week, the ministry reported.

Russian air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 822 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and 46 HIMARS rockets over the week, the ministry reported.
"Air defense capabilities shot down four guided aerial bombs, 46 rockets of the US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, an S-200 surface-to-air missile converted to engage ground targets and 822 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said.

Russia’s Black Sea Fleet destroyed a Ukrainian naval drone over the week, the ministry reported.
"The Black Sea Fleet’s forces destroyed an uncrewed boat of the Ukrainian army," the ministry said.
Overall, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 670 Ukrainian combat aircraft, 283 helicopters, 111,634 unmanned aerial vehicles, 646 surface-to-air missile systems, 27,404 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,653 multiple rocket launchers, 32,952 field artillery guns and mortars and 53,186 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation, the ministry reported.
