MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops have lost up to 95 servicemen in the Belgorod direction over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
"In the Belgorod direction, units of Russia’s North battlegroup inflicted losses on formations of the mechanized brigade and the territorial defense brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Grunovka, Loknya, Sadki, and Turya in the Sumy region. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 95 servicemen, one tank, two armored combat vehicles, 14 cars, and six artillery pieces," the report said.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces also lost up to 165 servicemen in the area of responsibility of Russia’s East battlegroup over the past 24 hours. "Units of Russia’s East battlegroup continued to advance deep into the enemy's defenses. They defeated formations of the mechanized, airmobile, and ranger brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Otradnoye, Fedorovka, and Veseloye of the Donetsk People's Republic. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 165 servicemen, a tank, six vehicles, and three field ammunition depots," the report said.
