Over 20 flats damaged in Ukrainian attack on Belgorod — governor

MOSCOW, March 15. /TASS/. More than 20 flats in seven residential blocks were damaged in a Ukrainian attack on Belgorod this morning, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"Damage to 23 flats in seven high-rise residential buildings has been reported in Belgorod," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Also, a shell hit a school stadium, damaging running tracks, the governor added. Two windows were broken in the school building, and the information about the number of cars damaged in the attack is currently being updated, he said.

Outside Belgorod, several flats in a residential block, five private homes and two shopping malls as well as eight cars were damaged. "Emergency services are working at the scene," Gladkov wrote.

Seven MLRS rockets targeting Belgorod and the Belgorod District were downed on Friday morning.
