Ore refining plant in Kursk Region operating as usual following second drone attack

It is reported that the emergency services continue to extinguish the blaze

MOSCOW, March 6. /TASS/. A fuel depot at the Mikhailovsky mining and refining plant (part of Metalloinvest) in the Kursk Region has been attacked by another drone while the enterprise is operating as usual, the plant’s press service told TASS.

"The plant’s fuel depot was attacked by an unmanned aerial vehicle for the second time. There are no casualties. The emergency services continue to extinguish the blaze. Production at the Mikhailovsky mining and refining plant continues as usual," the enterprise added.

Earlier, Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit said that another Ukrainian drone had attacked a fuel depot at the Mikhailovsky mining and refining plant in the Zheleznogorsky District of the Kursk Region. As a result of the first drone attack a reservoir with fuel caught fire.
