MOSCOW, November 13. /TASS/. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu congratulated officers, veterans and officials in the defense sphere on Day of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops.

"On November 13, the Russian Armed Forces celebrate Day of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops. Members of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops invariably demonstrate high professionalism, determination and courage, as they courageously and selflessly fulfill their military duty. Today, thanks to their excellent military skills and responsible approach to business, the personnel of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops successfully solve problems in the course of the special military operation, while making a significant contribution to ensuring national security and strengthening the country's defense capability," the defense minister’s order reads.

Shoigu expressed his confidence that the country’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops would remain a reliable support for Russia.
