MOSCOW, May 2. /TASS/. Those who question Russian President Vladimir Putin’s health should contact the president’s foreign guests, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with Italy’s Mediaset broadcaster.

"You should ask the foreign leaders who have recently communicated with Russian President Vladimir Putin, including UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. I think you know who I mean," he said in response to a remark that various theories about Putin’s health were circulating in the West.
