Kremlin unaware whether Russia was warned by US about potential Crocus terrorist attack

According to the Washington Post, the US allegedly warned Russia two weeks before the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack that the music venue could become a potential terrorist target

MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Information about potential terrorist attacks and other information of this kind is passed between the special services, it has nothing to do with the Kremlin, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Commenting on the Washington Post article alleging that Washington had warned Moscow about the potential terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall, the spokesman said: "This is not our area of expertise, as such information exchange usually takes place through the channels of special services, that is information is passed from service to service."

When commenting on the information that the US had allegedly helped Russia prevent a terrorist attack on one of the Moscow synagogues, Peskov reiterated: "Yes, this too [is not the Kremlin area of expertise]."
