Air defense forces intercept six drones over central Russia’s Oryol, Tula regions

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that "an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terror attack with the use of UAVs on facilities on Russian soil was thwarted"

MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Russian air defense forces intercepted four Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Oryol Region and two more over the Tula Region last night, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"Last night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terror attack with the use of UAVs on facilities on Russian soil was thwarted as [Russian] air defense forces on duty intercepted four Ukrainian drones over the Oryol Region and another two over the Tula Region," the ministry said.

There were no casualties or damage as a result of the interception, the Tula Region’s Regional Security Ministry said.
