The company added that deliveries to Russian refineries rose by 2.3%

MOSCOW, January 10. /TASS/. Transneft reduced export supplies of Russian oil by 6.5% in 2023, while deliveries to Russian refineries rose by 2.3%, the company said in a statement.

"Total decrease of export supplies of Russian oil reached 6.5%, with deliveries to Russian refineries rising by 2.3%," the statement reads.

Chief Executive Officer Nikolay Tokarev said in late December 2023 that oil exports from Russia via Transneft’s system would decline by 4-5% in 2023 over Moscow’s obligations on reduction of supplies to global markets within the OPEC+ agreement.
