Ten settlements in Kherson Region left without electricity due to acts of sabotage

According to the local emergencies services, Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups keep on staging terror attacks against electricity transmission lines

KHERSON, November 6. /TASS/. More than ten settlements, including the city of Kherson, have been cut off electricity supplies in the Kherson region as a result of acts of sabotage staged by Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, the local emergencies services said on Sunday.

"Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups keep on staging terror attacks against electricity transmission lines. As a result of terror attack at the Berislav-Kakhovka electricity line, three ferroconcrete transmission towers have been damaged, leaving more than settlements without electricity," a spokesman said, adding that the city of Kherson is among them.

The city’s administration told TASS that water supplies have been interrupted in Kherson as well. Restoration works are being complicated by ongoing shelling attacks by Ukrainian troops.
