MOSCOW, February 23. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems have destroyed a Ukrainian drone over the Belgorod Region, the Defense Ministry reported.

"On February 23 at about 9:30 p.m. Moscow time (6:30 p.m. GMT), the Kiev regime’s attempt to carry out a terrorist attack using a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle against facilities in the Russian Federation was thwarted. The air defense units on duty destroyed the Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle over the Belgorod Region," the ministry said.
