Russian forces strike decision making centers in Kharkov

The attack was carried out in response to a terrorist act by the Armed Forces of Ukraine using multiple rocket launchers in Belgorod, the Russian Ministry of Defense noted

MOSCOW, December 31. /TASS/. The Russian Armed Forces hit decision making centers and military facilities in Kharkov in response to Ukrainian terror attack on Belgorod with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"Yesterday, the Ukrainian armed forces carried out a MLRS strike at the city of Belgorod, killing civilians, including children. In response to this terror attack, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit decision making centers and military facilities in the city of Kharkov, used by the criminal Kiev regime," the Ministry said.
