Russian air defenses down two Ukrainian S-200 missiles over Sea of Azov

The Kiev regime made an attempt of a terrorist attack using two S-200 anti-aircraft missiles modified to hit ground targets on the territory of the Russian Federation

MOSCOW, December 2. /TASS/. The Kiev regime has attempted to carry out a terrorist attack using two S-200 surface-to-air missiles modified to hit ground targets, but both missiles were destroyed by air defense systems over the Sea of Azov, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"On December 2 at about 6:00 p.m. Moscow time (3:00 p.m. GMT), the Kiev regime made an attempt of a terrorist attack using two S-200 anti-aircraft missiles modified to hit ground targets on the territory of the Russian Federation. Russian air defense forces destroyed the Ukrainian missiles over the Sea of Azov," the ministry said.
