MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets has denied a Sky News report claiming that Russia allegedly used the ceasefire in the town of Alyoshki, the Kherson Region, to move military equipment there.

"The video clearly shows Russian military vehicles marked with red crosses, which were used for demining," he said in response to a question about the Sky News report at a news conference broadcast by the Novosti.Live television channel.
