MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. TASS news agency has won the Peacemaker award in the Unity of the Peoples of Russia nomination, a TASS correspondent reports.

The contest was held among 1,329 participants - mass media and bloggers from all federal districts of Russia. The jury reviewed 14,000 works and picked 35 winners.

The Peacemaker-2026 is a competition for the best media coverage of issues of interethnic and ethno-confessional relations. It is conducted by the Federal Agency for Nationalities Affairs within the framework of the State Program of the Russian Federation "Implementation of State National Policy" on the initiative and with the support of the Guild of Interethnic Journalism. TASS is the general information partner of the contest.
