It is reported that the Russian representatives are in Washington

MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. The Russian foreign intelligence service SVR and the United States’ Central Intelligence Agency keep in touch, but their contacts are not substantive at the moment, SVR Director Sergey Naryshkin told TASS on Friday.

"Our representatives are in Washington and representatives of the Central Intelligence Agency are present here. They are official representatives. But there are no substantive contacts at the moment," he said.
