Greece train collision death toll rises to 32, 85 people injured

ATHENS, March 1. /TASS/. The number of victims in a collision between a passenger train and a freight train near the Greek city of Larissa has reached 32, 85 people were injured, the Greek Fire Service told ERT-news TV channel.

"At the moment, 32 dead and 85 injured have been found," the Fire Service representative said.

Hellenic Train said earlier, approximately 350 people were on the passenger train at the moment of the incident, 270 of them were not injured and were evacuated from the scene, according to ERT-1 TV channel.
