MINSK, November 3. /TASS/. The longer the conflict in Ukraine goes on, the less viable an option talks will be, said Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Feridun Sinirlioglu.
He said that people start to think that dialogue won't do any good, that the war will only continue on a different plane. And this psychology of war can take root. And when that happens, "we will have no room for diplomatic solutions, it will be razor-thin," he said at the 4th Minsk Conference on Eurasian Security. Sinirlioglu called this development the "biggest danger" that needs to be confronted.
The 4th Minsk Conference on Eurasian Security is taking place from 3-4 November. It is attended by more than 600 delegates from 50 countries.
