UK confirms death of British major in traffic incident in Ukraine

The British Ministry of Defense reported that Major Wilks died away from the front lines

LONDON, September 16. /TASS/. Paul Wilks, a British major in the Intelligence Corps, died in a traffic incident in Ukraine, the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense said on Wednesday.

Britain broke the news about the incident which took place on September 12 on Monday.

The British Ministry of Defense confirmed Major Wilks died away from the front lines. He was 40. During his years in military service, the officer had been deployed to Afghanistan, among multiple operational tours.
