MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. Intensifying diplomatic efforts to normalize the situation around Iran is important and Russia is ready to facilitate the process, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"We consider it necessary to step up diplomatic work to normalize the situation," she said. "We support the mediators’ efforts and, for our part, we assist the negotiation process, we confirm our readiness to contribute both to finding mutually acceptable solutions and their further implementation.".
