MOSCOW, October 29. /TASS/. Russian mobile laboratories now operate in 11 African countries, according to Anna Popova, head of Russia’s public health watchdog Rospotrebnadzor.
"We share our methods. The mobile laboratories we developed now operate in many countries around the world, including 11 in Africa, demonstrating the effectiveness of these methods," Popova said at the Russia-Africa summit.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said a network of mobile laboratories for epidemic prevention and control is taking shape across Africa. It already includes 20 research and technology units supplied by Russia.
The Russia-Africa Media Forum is running in Moscow from October 26 to 29, bringing together representatives of leading Russian and African media outlets.
