MOSCOW, October 29. /TASS/. Russia appreciates the friendly relations with Ethiopia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali.

"I appreciate the friendly nature of relations between Russia and Ethiopia and our personal contacts with you," the Russian leader noted.

Putin described the latter as "ever meaningful and constructive." "I recall our recent talks at the BRICS summit in New Delhi in September when we synchronized watches on key issues of bilateral cooperation," he added.
