MOSCOW, October 15. /TASS/. The Kiev regime should have considered the consequences before launching strikes on marketplaces and other facilities, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while addressing the Delovaya Rossiya business forum via video link.
"They took the first step. We began responding. Now they are also whining about energy facilities and other targets, including data centers and so on. They started it. They should not have done so. Before taking that step, they should have thought carefully about the consequences," the president said. Putin noted that when Kiev faces retaliatory strikes in response to its attacks on Russian civilian infrastructure, it immediately begins complaining to its sponsors and asking them to put pressure on the Kremlin.
