GORKI, August 12. /TASS/. Russia's special military operation in Ukraine will be suspended or ended exclusively on Russia's terms, the United Russia party’s Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting with the expert council for the development of the party's national program.

He noted that relations with the West will change little "with the termination or suspension of the special military operation in one form or another."

"Sooner or later, this will naturally happen, and, naturally, I assume it will be on our terms," Medvedev added.
