NEW YORK, January 3. /TASS/. A private helicopter crashed in the mountains near Phoenix, Arizona, ABC News reported on Friday.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:00 a.m. local time (6:00 p.m. GMT). There were four people on board, their conditions are not yet known. Emergency services are attempting to reach the scene.

The National Transportation Safety Board will conduct the investigation.
