MOSCOW, October 24. /TASS/. The Black Sea Fleet is repelling a possible attack by underwater sabotage forces, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev said in his Telegram channel.

"Loud sounds are in the outer harbor is the Black Sea Fleet repelling a possible attack by underwater sabotage forces and enemy assets," the governor said.
