One civilian killed, one wounded in Ukrainian shelling of Kursk Region village — governor

According to Roman Starovoit, a total of five shells were fired at the village

KURSK, March 2. /TASS/. One civilian was killed and another one was moderately wounded when the Ukrainian armed forces shelled the village of Tetkino in the Kursk region on Thursday, the region’s governor Roman Starovoit said.

"As a result of Ukrainian shelling of the village of Tetkino, two men were wounded. Unfortunately, one of them died before the ambulance arrived. I offer my deepest condolences to the family and friends. The second was hospitalized with moderate injuries, all necessary assistance is being provided to him urgently," Starovoit wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, a total of five shells were fired at the village. Preliminarily, three houses were damaged during the shelling, the power supply to the village was disrupted.
