MOSCOW, January 26. /TASS/. Lebanon expects the delivery of 25,000 metric tons of grain from Russia, Ambassador of Lebanon in Moscow Chawki Bou Nassar told TASS in an interview.
"With regard to food security, Lebanon and Russia are in a very good contact actually. Recently, Russia promised to send around 25,000 [metric] tons of grains to Lebanon, mainly wheat, in addition to the big amount of petrol and gas products," the Ambassador said.
"We hope in the near future we can receive this big amount of products," the Lebanese diplomat said, adding that Russia would provide them free of charge.
