TASHKENT, January 25. /TASS/. The Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan and Gazprom discussed technical possibilities of gas transit over the Central Asia - Center gas pipeline on the territory of the country and Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry said on Wednesday.

It was reported earlier that Gazprom and Uzbekistan signed a roadmap on cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan in the gas sector.

"In accordance with the signed roadmap, the working group agreed upon technical measures between the parties, required to implement gas transit over the Central Asia - Center gas pipeline passing along the territory of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan," the Ministry said on its Telegram channel.
