DONETSK, February 9. /TASS/. Two civilians were killed and four more, including three children, were wounded in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops during the past day, the DPR’s mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) for issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes said on Thursday.
"During the day, two civilians were killed in Donetsk’s Petrivsky district. Four civilians, including three children - a girl born 2021, and teenagers born 2008 and 2009, received wounds in Donetsk and Makeyevka," it said.
On Wednesday, Ukrainian troops fired 118 various shells at DPR settlements, including from HIMARS rocket lainchers. Coming under shelling were the cities of Donetsk, Zaitsevo, Mayorsk, Gorlovka, Novobakhmutovka, Amvrosiyevka, and Ilovaisk.
