MOSCOW, March 18. /TASS/. One should not count on complete freedom of trade, payments and capital flows, Russian President Vladimir Putin said speaking at the annual congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
"Obviously, and I have said this more than once, it won't be like before. You shouldn't count on complete freedom of trade, payments and capital flows. Just as you can't count on Western mechanisms to protect the rights of investors and entrepreneurs," Putin said.
The President agreed with the statement of the head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Alexander Shokhin, that Russia has systemic problems related to privatization and the protection of the rights of bona fide purchasers.
"You know my position - everything get stalled there - but we will achieve that this problem is finally solved," the President said.
