DONETSK, June 8. /TASS/. Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin signed an order dismissing Prime Minister Alexander Ananchenko’s government on Wednesday.
Pushilin ordered the cabinet to continue its work until a new government is formed. According to another decree, Vitaly Khotsenko was appointed as DPR prime minister.
The change of the government stems from the need to boost integration processes, the DPR head told Rossiya-24.
"Integration processes <…> need to get a boost now and we certainly need to figure out what steps will be taken next. Accordingly, I decided to reorganize [the government] as there is a need to make changes at this particular point because what we are concerned about and what we think about at the moment will impact the way we will live in the future," Pushilin pointed out.
