MOSCOW, March 21. /TASS/. Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Center for Defense Management, has said nationalists set up firing positions, strongholds and ammunition depots in the hospitals of Odessa and Chernigov.

"Patients, including the ones that are in serious condition, are urgently discharged from the hospitals of Odessa and Chernigov, so nationalists could use the buildings to set up strongholds, firing positions and depots for military assets and ammunitions," he said.

He also said in practically all major population centers of the Nikolayev Region "militants of the territorial defense walk from door to door and force all males to sign up to their units and, if turned down, they shoot and kill them on the spot."
