MOSCOW, October 30. /TASS/. Russia, the United States and Ukraine have agreed to resume negotiations, only those three actors, Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said commenting on media reports that the United States allegedly considers Britain, Germany and France as negotiators from Europe.

He noted that the Kremlin had heard Vladimir Zelensky's remarks about his willingness to discuss the territorial issue.

Everyone wants peace and everyone is striving for peace in Ukraine, he told the Kommersant newspaper.

TASS has compiled the key statements by the presidential aide.

Striving for peace in Ukraine

Everyone seeks peace in Ukraine: "Everyone wants it, everyone strives for it."

This isn't the first time that peace in Ukraine has seemed to be within reach: "It's just that now, in my opinion, the Europeans have started ‘twitching.’ And that says a lot. The Americans’ mood, which we supported last time we talked with them in St. Petersburg that it was time to resume, also says something."

The conflict in Ukraine continues because of the crazy European support: "After all, it is because of their support, crazy support that everything continues."

Now there is "some kind of tension" in European circles on this issue: "At least some people definitely have other opinion, they argue, in any case, something is moving."

The mission in Alyoshki

The humanitarian mission in Alyoshki in the Kherson Region is going well: "I don't know the details, but I think everything is going more or less normally there."

Trilateral negotiations

The date of possible trilateral negotiations on the Ukrainian settlement has still not been set.

As for media reports that the United States allegedly considers Britain, Germany and France as European negotiators, the Kremlin aide pointed out that only Russia, the United States and Ukraine have agreed to resume trilateral negotiations: "We have agreed to resume trilateral negotiations."

The Kremlin has heard Vladimir Zelensky's remarks about his willingness to discuss the territorial issue: "I've heard the remarks Zelensky made."

The president's schedule

Russian President Vladimir Putin summed up the results of the Russia-Africa summit yesterday, and today he is scheduled to have a number of meetings with the heads of African delegations: "Yesterday the president summed up all the results, and today is a day of bilateral meetings, nine of them."
