MOSCOW, September 19. /TASS/. Europe is facing the worst energy crisis in its history, said Special Representative of Russian President for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, Chief Executive Officer of Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev.

"Aged well, as Europe finally understands it is facing the worst energy crisis in history," he wrote on X.

In another post, Dmitriev said that energy restrictions in the EU countries are "finally arriving."

This is how he commented on reports of fuel supply disruptions in France. As of September 19, shortages of gasoline or diesel fuel were observed at 11% of gas stations in France.
