Putin appoints new members of commission on Russia’s participation in G20

Denis Agafonov, head of the expert department of the presidential administration and the Russian sherpa in G20, was appointed chair of the commission

MOSCOW, June 28. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin approved the new composition of an interdepartmental commission to ensure Russia’s participation in G20 in a decree on Sunday.

According to it, Denis Agafonov, head of the expert department of Putin’s administration and the Russian sherpa in the Group of Twenty (G20), was appointed chair of the commission.

The commission will include Kremlin officials, senior diplomats and representatives of 11 ministries and the Central Bank.
