MOSCOW, February 16. /TASS/. The Russian delegation will arrive in Geneva early on Tuesday morning and fly back to Moscow on Wednesday evening, a source informed TASS.

"They arrive at five or six in the morning, and will fly back on Wednesday evening. That's the plan for now, but everything could change," the source said.
