Lavrov outlines Moscow’s approach to Ukrainian crisis during visit to UAE — ministry

MOSCOW, November 16. /TASS/. In the course of his working visit to the United Arab Emirates, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov outlined Moscow’s approaches and principles regarding the crisis in Ukraine.

"Sergey Lavrov set forth Russia’s principles, views and opinions on the current geopolitical situation, including the situation in Ukraine and around it," the ministry said.

Lavrov arrived in Abu Dhabi to take part in the Sir Bani Yas international peace and security forum and has already held a series of bilateral meetings.

When asked by a reporter whether other participants of the forum showed realistic approaches while discussing the situation around the Ukrainian crisis, Lavrov replied that opinions have certainly become more realistic.
