The drills involved some 95,000 people, over 7,000 items of armaments and military hardware, up to 170 aircraft and 20 vessels

Various stages of the manoeuvres took place on 20 land, sea, aviation ranges and terrain sectors on the territory of the Central and Southern military districts

In particular, up to 12,000 servicemen, some 90 tanks and up to 250 infantry combat vehicles, up to 30 armoured personnel carriers and up to 470 armoured combat vehicles, as well as some 220 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems were used at the Totsky and Donguzsky ranges in the Orenburg Region
