Russian missile troops eliminate nine Ukrainian military sites overnight — top brass

According to Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov, Russian artillery troops eliminated 16 command posts and two fuel depots

MOSCOW, May 4. /TASS/. Russian missile troops struck nine Ukrainian military targets overnight, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov said on Wednesday.

"The missile troops destroyed two Ukrainian command posts, a battery of BM-21 ‘Grad’ multiple launch rocket systems, a battery of 2S1 ‘Gvozdika’ self-propelled artillery guns, a battery of D-30 howitzers and also four areas of the amassment of manpower and military equipment," the spokesman said.

Russian artillery troops eliminated 16 command posts, two fuel depots and also 476 strongholds of nationalist forces and areas of amassed manpower and military hardware. "They eliminated up to 310 personnel and 53 items of military hardware," the general said.
