MOSCOW, May 22. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has reiterated that Ukraine’s attack on the Starobelsk college was an act of pure terror.

"I would like to begin with what I said earlier at a meeting with first graduates of the Time of Heroes program - with the Kiev junta’s terror attack in the Lugansk People’s Republic," he said at an operational meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council.

"I have already said what I think about this. I think that everything that could and should be said has been said. But if you have anything else to say, any proposals on this matter, please speak up during today’s meeting," he said.
