Collective West’s policy towards Ukraine deeply immoral

BELGRADE, January 30. /TASS/. The collective West’s policies in the context of the conflict in Ukraine are deeply immoral, Croatian President Zoran Milanovic told the media at a press conference in the city of Petrina on Monday.

"What we are doing as the collective West is deeply immoral. German tanks will unite Russia and China even more. My task is to simply get away from this, from being a poodle in a circus. Any participation in this is deadly," the Index portal quotes Milanovic's comment about sending German tanks to Ukraine.

"From 2014 to 2022, we watched someone trying to provoke Russia with the intention that this war would eventually start," Milanovic added, saying that he was against the sending of any hardware to Ukraine from the very beginning.

On January 25, the United States announced its intention to provide 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Kiev. The German government confirmed that it would send 14 Leopard 2A6 tanks to Ukraine from the Bundeswehr reserves and issue re-export permits to other countries. The defense ministries of Norway and Slovakia also announced their intention to dispatch tanks to Ukraine. Earlier, the decision to provide Kiev with tanks was announced by the authorities of Britain, France and Poland.
