Russian artillery units destroy US-made radar system in Kherson Region

Five Ukrainian service members were killed

GENICHESK, April 1. /TASS/. Russian artillery units destroyed a US-made AN/TPQ-36 radar system in the Kherson Region, a regional emergency official told TASS on Saturday.

"Last night, an AN/TPQ-36 radar system and a pickup truck were destroyed near the Stanislav settlement. Three Ukrainian troops were killed and another two suffered wounds," he said.

Russian artillery forces wiped out an Akatsiya howitzer near the Zimovnik settlement on the outskirts of the city of Kherson, killing five Ukrainian service members.
