Central African Republic builds relations with Russia as full-fledged partner — president

The republic is building relations with Russia in the areas of security, the economy, and personnel training, Faustin-Archange Touadera said

MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. Relations between the Central African Republic and Russia are based on the principle of full partnership in the areas of security, the economy, and personnel training, President Faustin-Archange Touadera told TASS in an interview.

"Today, the Central African Republic is building relations with Russia as a full-fledged partner in the areas of security, the economy, and personnel training. It is not dependence on a single center of power, but rather the ability to independently determine one’s priorities and seek assistance from forces willing to work on a mutually beneficial basis," the head of state noted.
